1. Product Composition

• Mancozeb (640 g/kg):

  • Mancozeb is a broad-spectrum contact fungicide that protects plants from fungal infections.
  • It works by inhibiting the growth of fungi on plant surfaces.
  • It is effective against diseases such as downy mildew, rust, anthracnose, black spots, and purple blotch.

• Cymoxanil (80 g/kg):

  • Cymoxanil is a systemic fungicide, meaning it gets absorbed into the plant.
  • It helps in the curative control of fungal infections by stopping the growth of the disease even after infection has started.
  • It is particularly effective against late blight and early blight in crops like potatoes and tomatoes.

2. Mode of Action

• Contact Action: The fungicide remains on the plant surface, preventing fungal spores from germinating.
