  • The herbicide has a selective action, meaning it targets weeds without harming maize and beans.

How it Works:

  • When applied to the soil, the active ingredient, Metolachlor, forms a protective layer.
  • This layer inhibits weed seed germination but does not affect the germination of maize and beans.
