Solaris 90 SC

INTRODUCTION: 
SOLARIS 90 SC is an enhanced fast and effective insecticide with contact and stom­ach poison activity for broad spectrum control of chewing insect pests such as cater­pillars in roses, french beans, tomatoes and leafminers in tomatoes. 

MODE OF ACTION: 
lndoxacarb: 

• lndoxacarb is an Oxadiazine insecticide group.
• Acts by blocking the nerve sodium channels in the nervous system of the insect.
Interferes with a group of ion channels by inhibiting the flow of sodium ions into the nerve cells.
The flow of sodium ions is essential to nervous system functioning Disruption of these channels causes tremors, cessation of feeding, paralysis and death of insect pests.
The larva nourishment ceases in a short time (2-8 hours) and then it dies. Group 22 Insecticide.
Contact mode of action.

Abamectin

• Abamectin is an avermectin class insecticide developed for the control of leafminers and spidermites.
Belong to group 6 chloride channel Activator
• They act on the Central and Peripheral Nerve System of pests resulting in paralysis and finally death
Contact and stomach poison - works via direct contct via ingestion.
It degrades in a few hours and does not bio-accumulate
They mimic the GABA receptor, thus binding to the GABA receptors of the pests' nervous system.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: 
SOLARIS 90 SC is foliar applied. Ensure adequate coverage of the crop foliage for best results. 
APPLICATION TIMING: Apply SOLARIS 90 SC at first signs of infestation or egg hatch peak period, before the 3rd instar larvae and repeat applications at a ?day interval per season, on a regular scouting for successful control. 
PREPARATION OF SPRAY MIXTURE: Fill spray tank with half the amount of required water. Add required amount of SOLARIS 90SC and fill the water to the required level. Agitate to ensure thorough mixing. Use the spray mixture on the same day of prepa­ration.

COMPATIBILITY: 
SOLARIS 90 SC is compatible with most commonly used pesticides and liquid fertil­izers. However, DO NOT tank mix with any product unless your own prior testing has shown that the combination is physically compatible, effective and non-injurious under your condition. 
PHYTOTOXICITY: When used as recommended, SOLARIS 90 SC is not phytotoxic. RE-ENTRY PERIOD: DO NOT enter treated areas during the restricted-entry interval of 6 hours. If entry is necessary, appropriate protective clothing should be worn. PHI: 7 days
